Bitton Gourmet Nasi Goreng


3 tbsp Bitton Gourmet Chili Oil
1 brown onion
2 medium carrots, finely diced
½ bunch cilantro, roughly chopped
3 cups cooked rice
2 long green onions, finely sliced
1 inch piece ginger, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 red birdseye chili, finely chopped
2 zucchini, halved length ways and sliced
6 tbsp Bitton Gourmet Asian Dressing
Add chicken, pork, prawns, omlette or a combination as you like

4 x 5.6oz fresh tuna steaks, cut into 1cm thick strips
2 tbsp olive oil
4 hard boiled eggs, shelled and quartered
8 kipfler potatoes, boiled and sliced thickly
1.1lbs green beans, top and tailed and cooked al dente
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
0.7oz black Kalamata olives
8 whole anchovy fillets
½ bunch flat leafed parsley, roughly chopped
½ Spanish onion, sliced finely
3 tbsp Bitton Dressing
Sea salt and cracked pepper

Bitton Gourmet Chili Roasted Chicken with Caramelized Vegetables


1 3-4oz organic free range chicken
3 tbsp Bitton Gourmet Chilli Oil
2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced into quarters
1 large Spanish Onion, skin on, cut into quarters
3 medium red potatoes, quartered
1 large cob of corn, quartered
1 small yam, quartered
1 whole garlic bulb, pulled apart with skins on
Sprig each of thyme, rosemary, parsley, sage, leaves only

Salmon Fillet Braised in Bitton Gourmet Spicy Tomato Sauce


1.6lbs salmon fillet, skin off and cut into large cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 jar Bitton Gourmet Spicy Tomato Sauce
1 medium Spanish onion, finely sliced
3 cloves garlic, finely sliced
1 cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
Extra fresh chili (optional - for those who like it HOT)
Crusty bread to serve

Bitton Gourmet Strawberry, Vanilla and Apple Shortcake


5 tbsp Bitton Gourmet Strawberry & Vanilla Jam
4 large in season apples, peeled, cored and sliced thinly
6.5oz plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
3.5oz caster sugar
4.4oz unsalted butter
1 egg 1 tbsp milk
Icing sugar
Extra butter and Strawberry & Vanilla Jam to serve

Bitton Gourmet Chili Garlic Marsala Shrimp Skewers with Grilled Mango & Herb Salad

12 metal skewers (or wooden, soaked overnight in cold water)
48 large green shrimp, peeled, tails left on
2 tbsp Bitton Gourmet Chilli Garlic Masala
2 tbsp olive oil
2 large ripe mangoes
¼ cup chives, cut into 2cm lengths
½ cup flat leafed parsley leaves only
½ cup basil, leaves only , torn in half
½ cup coriander, leaves only
¼ cup mint, leaves only, torn in half
2 tbsp Bitton Gourmet Lemon Dressing
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Fresh lemon to serve
